Terms of Service

The job is priced over the phone first, and that price — with the $89 service call counted in — is what appears on the invoice. It does not move at the door. It moves only when you change what you want done, and then only after the new figure is agreed.

Ranges on the site are typical, not promises. An evening arrival adds +$35; an overnight arrival adds +$65. Both are inside the total quoted on the call.

For lockouts, the technician confirms the customer's right to the property or vehicle before opening it: photo ID with the address, a lease, a registration, or the owner on the line. Work is declined where that cannot reasonably be established.

Locks are picked or manipulated wherever possible so the hardware survives the visit. Where drilling is the only route, you are told why, quoted for the replacement, and asked to approve it before it starts.

Our labour is covered for 90 days from the day we attend; hardware is covered by its maker. Misuse, later forced entry and third-party alterations fall outside both.

Settlement is on completion — major cards and contactless are accepted at the door, with an itemised digital invoice to follow. Where a van has been dispatched and arrives, a cancellation or no-show fee as quoted may apply.

To the extent the law permits, any liability arising from a job is limited to the amount paid for it. Liability that cannot be limited under applicable law is untouched.

These terms are governed by CA law, with venue in the courts serving Fremont.
