The estimate quiz is the only form on the site. It records a name, a phone number, the district you are in, an email if you want the price in writing, and your own account of the lock or the key. There is no account to create and no newsletter to join.

The page the request came from and any campaign tag in the link go into the same file, so we can see which pages bring work. Routine server logs are kept by our host for uptime and security. Neither becomes a profile of you.

(510) 880-1755 is a tracking line on Twilio that forwards to dispatch. The carrier stores the calling number, the time and the length of the call, and nothing of what was said — the audio is not recorded. A dropped call gets a callback from that log.

The booking button leaves for Nexfield (nexfield.pro), the shop's scheduler. Name, number, address and slot are entered there under Nexfield's own terms and return here as a booked job. The same appointment can always be made by phone.

Visits are counted by PostHog in cookieless mode, so nothing is stored on your device and no consent banner is needed. Session replay off, automatic click capture off. Counted: page opened, phone tapped, booking tapped, quiz submitted — each with its page.

Block us-assets.i.posthog.com and you are not counted; the site behaves exactly the same. No advertising pixels, no retargeting tags.

Your number is used to confirm the price and the window, to name the technician in a text, and to say when the van is close. Service messages only; we do not market to past customers. Carrier rates apply and STOP ends the texts.

The carrier, Nexfield, our dispatch, and the card processor in the technician's terminal if you pay by card. Nobody beyond that list.

Details are not sold, rented, traded or shared with other locksmiths and contractors, and there is no marketing list here.

The file stays while the warranty on that work is live and as long as tax and lien rules require; key codes tied to an address are dropped when the job closes. For a copy, or for deletion, write to info@tricitylocksmithfremont.com.
